Effective July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Paradise Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of Poinsettia Paradise and the website www.poinsettiaparadise.com, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you browse the site, submit inquiries, or book a stay.

By using the site or providing information in a booking or contact form, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide concierge support.
  • Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Send reservation confirmations, pre-arrival instructions, and service messages.
  • Improve site performance, security, and content.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

4. Service providers & privacy vendors

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf under contractual or platform terms. Current categories and primary vendors include:

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, and local storage for essential site function, analytics, chat, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit booking or chat features.

Meta Pixel and GA4 may set or read identifiers to understand how visitors interact with the site after seeing ads. See Meta’s and Google’s privacy documentation for their independent practices.

6. When we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to the vendors listed above as needed to operate the site and fulfill stays; to professional advisors; and when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect guests, neighbors, or our rights.

If you book through an OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), that platform’s privacy policy also applies to data you provide on that platform.

7. Retention

We retain booking and communication records for as long as needed to fulfill the stay, handle disputes, meet tax and accounting requirements, and maintain security logs—typically for the period required by applicable law, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a hospitality website (HTTPS, access controls for admin tools, and processor-level PCI handling for cards). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong unique passwords only for systems we invite you to access.

9. Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold, or to opt out of certain analytics/advertising cookies.

To exercise a request, email concierge@poinsettiaparadise.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link when applicable.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information as defined by those laws. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests.
